A 23 year-old who complained to police that he was repeatedly raped and beaten by another man in Tobago, is no longer alive to tell the story. The young man dropped dead last Friday in Moriah Tobago, after making a report on his latest beating to the Moriah police. His mother spoke with TV6'S Elizabeth Williams, and here is that report.
