Hey guys, this is another follow along video! Today, I am going to be showing you how to do a bow and arrow. I have always called this skill a leg hold, but bow and arrow seems to be the more common terminology. This is a skill I really like and is much easier than it looks. It is also a skill that is common in dance, gymnastics and cheerleading making it an important skill for dancers, gymnasts and cheerleaders. It is also a very impressive contortion trick!
