Four courts were awarded federal funding from the Office on Violence Against Women to participate in the Family Court Enhancement Project. We heard from the Fourth Judicial District Court in Minneapolis, MN, in September, the Multnomah County Family Court in Portland, OR, in October, and the Circuit Court of Cook County in December. We are happy to announce the final presentation of the series: the Family Court of the State of Delaware. The goal of these presentations is to share the strategies and lessons learned so far in addressing the challenges and inconsistencies identified in our courts.
