As a co-founder of the Lifetime Miami Marathon, I know a few things about going the distance, and whichever Bounce Back distance you choose, whether it's the 14.2 miles or the 2 miles, you need to have the right gear. Travel light. You will receive a Bounce Back basketball for dribbling at the event. We love to see your customized shirts celebrating who you're walking for. Even though you're gonna be walking, get fitted for running shoes. Choose the right socks. Wear comfortable athletic clothing, cap, shorts, walking belt. Maybe consider a small towel. Sunglasses. Use SPF sunblock. Bring bandages in case of blisters. Consider some anti-chafing cream. Charge your phone, but bring it in a case.
